    List of Ingredients


    • 2lb. beef Brisket
    • 2 qts. water
    • 2 1/2 tsp. sea salt
    • 3 large potatoes, diced
    • dash celery salt
    • 2 medium onion, chopped
    • 1/2 C. shredded American cheese
    • 2/3 C. oatmeal, uncooked
    • 1-16oz. can cream style corn


    Instructions


    1. Cut brisket into bite-size pieces; simmer, covered, in salted water. When tender, add potatoes, celery salt, onion, cheese, oatmeal and corn. Continue to cook, covered, until vegetables are done, stirring occasionally.
