    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 C. green pepper, chopped
    • 2 T. onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 T. butter
    • 1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    • 2 cans ( 10 3/4 oz each) cream of potato soup, undiluted
    • 1 can (14 3/4 oz) cream style corn
    • 2 C. milk
    • sea salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large saucepan, saute the green pepper, onion, garlic in butter until tender. Stir in the soup, corn, milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until the cream cheese is melted.
