    List of Ingredients


    • 4-6 potatoes, peeled, rinsed and cubed
    • 1 small onion, minced
    • 1-1 1/2 C. water
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • Pace taco sauce
    • Monterrey jack cheese, cubed
    • canned milk


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes on medium heat till tender. Remove from heat and add 3/4 can of canned milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Pace and cubed cheese.
