Green Chile Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 C. onion, finely diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 C. green chile, roasted and chopped
- 2 C. seasoned chicken, baked or boiled and shredded
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 C. half-and-half
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 C. sour cream
Instructions
- Saute onion in butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic, green chilies, chicken and cumin. Cook for a minute. Stir in cream of chicken and half-and-half. Heat thoroughly. Serve topped with additional cheese and sour cream.
