    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
    • 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    • 6 celery ribs, coarsely chopped
    • 6-10 baby carrots
    • 1 large rutabaga, peeled and diced
    • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    • 2-3 bouillon cubes
    • 2 T. tomato bouillon
    • 1 head cabbage, chopped in chunks
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • salt/pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients, except for the salt and pepper, into a large soup pot. Cover vegetables with water. Cook on a rolling boil for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and cook until vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
