    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1/2 C. bread crumbs
    • salt/pepper to taste
    • oregano/parsley to taste
    • 1 egg
    • can milk
    • 1 T. onion finely chopped
    • 2-3 carrots, diced
    • 2-3 celery ribs, diced
    • 1/2 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    • 1/2 onion, diced
    • 1/2 can peas, drained
    • 1/2 can corn, drained
    • 2-3 potatoes, diced


    Instructions


    1. Mix together beef, crumbs, egg, onion and assorted seasonings. Add milk until meat holds together and can easily form balls. Form medium sized balls and set aside.
    2. In a large pot place water and all remaining vegetables less peas and corn. Boil until the carrots are tender. Add meatballs. When balls are done add peas and corn.
