Tres Queso Zucchini Soup

My sweet Auntie made this soup after my failed attempt at making a Tres Leches Cake. This soup has a delicate, slightly sweet taste. The amounts aren't exact. It's all up to your taste and the amount of zucchini you have.
List of Ingredients
- zucchini, peeled and diced
- whole milk
- mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- mozzarella cheese, cubed
- salt/pepper
Instructions
- Boil zucchini until just done. Drain and transfer back into pot. Add enough milk to make as much soup as you would like. Stir in cheeses to soup, as much or as little as you like, the more the better. Salt and pepper to taste.
