List of Ingredients



• 1 C. butter, unsalted, softened
  
• 1/2 C. peanut butter
  
• 1 C. sugar
  
• 1 C. brown sugar, packed
  
• 2 eggs, slightly beated
  
• 1 T. maple syrup
  
• 2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 1 tsp. maple extract
  
• 2 C. all purp flour
  
• 3/4 C. quick oats
  
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• 1 tsp. sea salt
  
• 1 pkg peanut butter chips
  






Instructions



1. Combine all of the dry ingredients except for the peanut butter chips and set aside.
   
2. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time. When mixed will add syrup and extracts.
   
3. Carefully add dry ingredients and stir in peanut butter chips. Bake heaping tablespoonfuls for 15-18 minutes in an oven preheated to 325.
