    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. unsalted butter, softened
    • 1 C. brown sugar, packed
    • 1/2 C. superfine sugar
    • 2 jumbo eggs
    • 1 tsp. pure vanilla
    • 1 1/2 C. unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
    • 3 C. old fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 C. raisins


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to other mixture. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to a wire rack.
