Apple Pork Roast

• Pork roast or loin
  
• apples
  
• onion
  
• apple juice
  
• pepper
  
• seasoning salt
  
• garlic powder
  






Instructions



1. Put pork in a roasting pan, pressure cooker or crock pot. Slice apple into rings and onion into quarters. Put apples and onion on top of pork. Season liberally with seasonings and pour apple juice on top to cook. Bake/cook until very tender.
