Potluck Chicken Sandwiches

These sandwiches are often requested when I go to Potlucks. They are wonderful.






List of Ingredients



• 4-5 chicken breasts or 10-13 breast tenders, skinless, boneless
  
• 1/2 C. onion, chopped fine
  
• 1/2 C. celery, chopped fine
  
• mayonnaise
  
• 1/4 C. salsa
  
• sea salt/pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. Boil chicken. Drain and cool. After it is cool chop chicken into small pieces. Mix together with onion and celery and add mayo to make it the desired consistency. Mix in salsa and salt and pepper to taste.
