    Tuna Chip Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cans white tuna, drained
    • 1 1/2 C. diced celery
    • 1 T. onion, minced
    • 1 C. mayonnaise
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 1/2 C. cheese, grated
    • 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
    • 1 1/2 C. potato chips, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Combine tuna, celery, onion, lemon juice and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and toss. Butter a casserole dish. Put half of the potato chips on bottom of the casserole dish then add the tuna mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Top with the rest of the potato chips. Bake at 375 F. for 25 minutes.
