    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C. unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
    • 1/2 C. unsalted butter, softened
    • 3/4 C. brown sugar
    • 2 jumbo eggs, slightly beaten
    • 2 1/3 C. mashed banana
    • 2 tsp. pure vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, banana and vanilla until well mixed. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into banana mixture just until moisten, add nuts if desired. Do not over mix. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until loafs pick test done.



    Final Comments


    1/2 C. chopped nuts may be added if desired.
