    Lucille Horn's Good Fudge Pie

    This recipe was from Good Housekeeping, actually in the 1950s.

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
    2 cups white granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons vanilla
    4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2/3 cup flour
    4 eggs, separated

    Recipe



    Cream butter with sugar and vanilla. Add unsweetened chocolate and flour. Add four egg yolks.
    Whip the four egg whites and gently fold in. Pour into a greased 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees F.
