    Sauce: Squealer's Original BBQ Sauce

    From "South's Best Butt's" by Matt Moore

    List of Ingredients


    • ½ cup Cattleman's BBQ Smoky Base Barbecue Sauce
    • ¼ cup ketchup
    • ¼ cup yellow mustard
    • ¼ cup white vinegar
    • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch


    Instructions


    1. Stir together the first seven ingredients and ¼ cup of the water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high, stirring occasionally.

    2. Stir together the cornstarch and remaining ¼ cup water in a small bowl. Add to the boiling sauce and stir to combine. Return to a boil, and remove from heat. Cool before serving.

      Makes 1½ cups
