    Sauce: White Hot Fudge

    Recipe Introduction

    "This creamy, sticky, sweet sauce is the vanilla version of the classic ice-cream topping. Packed in a sweet little jar, it makes a great edible gift."

    List of Ingredients

    â—¦ 1 (7.5-ounce) jar marshmallow crème
    â—¦ 3 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    â—¦ ¼ cup light corn syrup
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons heavy cream
    â—¦ ¼ teaspoon salt
    â—¦ 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

    Recipe

    In a medium heatproof bowl, combine all ingredients except vanilla bean paste.

    Set bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir mixture occasionally until it is completely smooth and the white chocolate is melted. Remove bowl from heat and stir in vanilla bean paste.

    Let cool for 5 minutes and then serving warm over ice cream.
    Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week; rewarm gently before serving.


    Makes 1½ cups
