    Picnic Egg Salad

    â—¦ 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    â—¦ 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    â—¦ 2 tablespoons minced radish
    â—¦ 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
    â—¦ 1 teaspoon minced scallion
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    â—¦ 18 thin baguette slices, toasted

    Recipe

    Stir together eggs, mayonnaise, radish, dill, scallion, and salt in a medium bowl.

    • To Serve:
    Spread 1 heaping tablespoon egg salad on each toasted baguette slice.
