    Shrimp Salad

    From "What Can I Bring?" by Elizabeth Heiskell

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds unpeeled, medium-size cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ½ teaspoon liquid crab boil (such as Zatarain's)
    • ¼ cup finely diced celery
    • ¼ cup peeled and finely diced cucumber
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Chop the shrimp into 1-inch pieces, if desired.

    2. Toss together the shrimp, mayonnaise, liquid crab boil, celery, cucumber, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

      Cover and chill until ready to serve.

      Serves 6
