Shrimp Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds unpeeled, medium-size cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon liquid crab boil (such as Zatarain's)
- ¼ cup finely diced celery
- ¼ cup peeled and finely diced cucumber
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into 1-inch pieces, if desired.
- Toss together the shrimp, mayonnaise, liquid crab boil, celery, cucumber, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
