Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

- 4 ounces blue cheese, coarsely crumbled
- 3 Tbsp buttermilk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the cheese, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Process until well combined, but a little chunky. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Makes about 1¼ cups.
