Grainy Mustard Dressing

• 1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
  
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  
• ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  
• ½ cup white wine vinegar
  
• ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  
• â…› teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  






Instructions



1. Place the mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper into a jar. Wipe the rim and seal. Shake 30 seconds to blend. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 1 week. Bring the dressing to room temperature and shake before using.
   
   Makes about 1 cup
