Steak Butter Sauce

Recipe Introduction

"Butter on steak? Is that simply too decadent? As an alternative to barbecue sauce or a marinade, try this butter sauce on a tender cut of steak."

List of Ingredients

â—¦ ¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter
â—¦ ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
â—¦ 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary


Recipe

Melt the butter in a small saucepan.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, then add the rosemary. Simmer for 15 minutes. Brush on steaks before serving.


Makes 1 ¼ cups
