    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
    • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 Tbsp chopped capers
    • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix till well blended, and chill well before serving with seafood.

      Keeps 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

      Makes about 1 cup
