2 lb. bacon
4 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup soy sauce
Recipe
Marinate chestnuts in soy sauce for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap each chestnut with slice of bacon & secure with toothpick.
Bake 30 mins.
Drain on paper towels.
