    List of Ingredients




    FILLING:

    24 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice

    CRUST:

    22 double graham crackers, finely crumbled
    1 cube butter, melted

    TOPPING:

    2 cups sour cream
    7 tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    FOR CRUST:

    Combine graham cracker crumbles and melted butter.
    Divide mixture in half and pat into 9” pie pans.


    FOR FILLING:

    Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tsp. vanilla and lemon juice.
    Beat until light and frothy.
    Pour into graham cracker crusts and bake at 350F for 15-20 mins.
    Remove from oven and allow to cool for 20 mins.
    Pour topping over pie.
    Return to oven and bake an additional 10 mins.
    Chill in fridge at least 5 hours before serving.


    FOR TOPPING:

    In medium size bowl, blend together with a spoon, 2 cups sour cream, 7 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla.
