List of Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
3 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 lemons, juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. salt


Recipe

Beat until well combined, the butter, sugar & salt.
Add lemon juice, zest & extract.
Continue to beat another 3 to 5 minute or until creamy.
