    List of Ingredients




    1 tsp. salt, (+ another ½ tsp. into egg mixture)
    1 tsp. pepper, (+ another ½ tsp. into egg mixture)
    16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    8 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 deep dish frozen pie crusts
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    2/3 cup green onion, chopped
    2 tbsp. minced garlic
    10 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
    10 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 cups cream
    1/2 cup milk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F.
    Mix salt, pepper and cheese in a bowl.
    Place pie crust in a 9” deep dish pie plate.
    Place cheese mixture on bottom of crust.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook green onions until tender.
    Mix in garlic and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted.

    Place spinach mixture over cheese.
    Mix eggs, cream, milk and additional salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Pour over spinach and top with a bit of extra cheese.

    Bake for 45 mins or until top of quiche begins to lightly brown.

    Cravingly Delicious!
