    Chili Beans Ultimate!

    List of Ingredients




    2 tbsp. coconut oil
    2 lbs. lean ground beef, or turkey
    1 brick Ex-Lente chili con carne, OR 2 pkgs chili seasoning OR homemade seasonings
    1 onion, diced
    10 stalks celery, cut into 1" slices
    1 bell pepper, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (10 oz.) cans Rotel Tomatoes, (1 can if don't want spicy)
    2 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style pinto beans, do not drain
    2 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 1/2 cups water

    Recipe



    Set pot to saute and add oil.
    Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes.
    Add meat and brown, breaking it up as it cooks.
    Add onion, bell pepper, and celery,
    Cook and stir until onion becomes translucent.
    Mix in brick of chili or 2 pkgs chili seasoning or homemade chili seasoning.
    Add water, beans and stir well.
    Finally, add tomatoes and tomato sauce on top. *Do not mix in.

    Lock lid and make sure vent is set to seal.
    Set on "Manual" for 20 minutes.
    Once done, let it naturally release 10 minutes.
    Ladle into bowls and garnish as desired.
    Serve and ENJOY!!


    For Serving (optional):

    Corn chips
    Shredded cheese
    Sliced green onions
    Sour cream
