    Double recipe to make everyone happy!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup butter
    1 (1 oz.) envelope ranch salad dressing mix

    Recipe



    Instant Pot:

    In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter and ranch dressing dry mix.
    Turn Instant Pot to 'Sauté'.
    Once hot add 2 tbsp. butter.
    Add mushrooms, cap side down and cook 5 minutes.
    Add remaining butter / dressing mixture.
    Place lid on pot and set on 'Manual' for 10-12 minutes.
    Let naturally release for 5 minutes before quick releasing.

    Transfer to serving platter and spoon the sauce mushrooms.
    Enjoy immediately.


    Crockpot:

    Add and mix together mushrooms, butter, and ranch salad dressing.
    Cook on Low for 3-4 hours.
