    Recipe Introduction

I’d never made potato wedges before and just came upon this recipe on the internet. They were VERY easy and delicious.

    List of Ingredients

4 medium Russet potatoes scrubbed and cut into eighths
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika [or just regular]
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe

Heat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. Mix the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cheese in a large bowl. Add the potato wedges and toss well to coat.

Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving a little space in between. Bake for about 35 minutes – they should be well browned and tender. Sprinkle with parsley and additional cheese, if you like, and serve.

    Serves 5-6
