The more potatoes you add, the more people this will serve (hence the name "Poor Man's Casserole")
List of Ingredients
1 onion, sliced
1 potato per person you are serving, sliced (or more, if you like a lot of potato)
1# ground beef, uncooked
1 can pork n beans
1 can tomato soup
Recipe
Layer all ingredients (in order listed) in a casserole dish, cover and bake about 45 minutes at 350"F or until potatoes are tender and meat is cooked through.
