List of Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. ReaLemon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 c. strawberries
1/4 c. ReaLemon
blueberries
banana


Recipe

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup ReaLemon and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. (I like shortbread crumb crust, but any kind works fine.) Chill at least 3 hours.

Slice strawberries lengthwise. Arrange "fallen domino" style in 1 ring around outer edge of pie. For next ring, add a single row of fresh (or frozen, thawed and drained) blueberries. Slice a banana into 1/4 cup of ReaLemon and drain. Place banana slices as next ring. Add another ring of blueberries, then a little "mound" of sliced strawberries in the center.
