Sour Cream Peach Pie

List of Ingredients

2 cups peeled chopped peaches
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp each vanilla AND almond extract
pinch of salt
Unbaked pastry for 9" pie


Recipe

Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 9" pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until custard is set, dob with topping and return to oven for 10 more minutes.

Topping:

1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cream together all topping ingredients. Drop in dobs on top of partially baked pie and return to oven.
