    Frozen Caramel Roll


    2 loaves frozen bread
    ½ cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 large or 2 small packages vanilla pudding (not instant)
    2 TB milk
    cinnamon to taste

    Recipe




    Thaw bread but don’t permit to rise.

    Break one loaf into small pieces, and place on bottom of greased 9" x 11" pan.

    Melt butter: add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon.

    Mix together and pour over bread.

    Second loaf, break into pieces and place on top.

    Set aside and allow to rise.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

    Cool slightly, put on tray bottom side up.
