    Georgia Peach and Praline Pie


    * 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    * 3 Tbs. flour
    * 1/2 C. white sugar
    * 4 1/2 C. peeled and sliced peaches
    * 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
    * 1/3 C. brown sugar
    * 1/4 C. flour
    * 1/2 C. chopped pecans
    * 3 Tbs. butter

    Recipe




    Combine 3 tablespoons flour and white sugar in large bowl; add peaches and lemon juice.

    In a bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and pecans.

    Cut in butter until creamy.

    Sprinkle 1/3 pecan mixture over bottom of pie shell, cover with peach mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining pecan mixture over peaches.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until peaches are tender.
