    .

    1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup milk
    1 tbsp. browned butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    .
    Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well. Beat
    the egg whites until soft peaks and fold into pumpkin mixture.

    Spoon into a greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for
    40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
