    Zydeco Pasta Penne


    2 oz Crawfish Tails (cooked & peeled)
    6 ea 26/30 ct P&D tail on
    1 oz Red Bell Pepper
    1 oz Green Bell Pepper
    1 oz Yellow Onion
    3 oz Sliced Andoulie Sausage
    1 tblsp Minced Garlic
    2 oz Melted Butter
    1 tsp Seafood Seasoning (KN)
    1 tsp Blacking Seasoning


    5 oz Heavy Cream 36%
    6 oz Penne Pasta
    2 oz Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    Sute first 10 ingrediants until cooked.

    Mix all Above together, serve in your favorite dish
