    Broccoli Saute with Garlic and Olive oil


    Broccoli Saute with Garlic and Olive oil
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: 5 minutes

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    4 cups broccoli florets
    Salt to taste
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe




    1. Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-low heat.

    2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

    3. Add the broccoli, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil
    and garlic until the broccoli turns bright green and becomes
    tender. Remove from the skillet and serve.
