    Cucumber in Mustard Yogurt Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
    3 dashes hot-pepper sauce, or to taste
    3/4 pound cucumbers pared and thinly sliced

    Recipe

    Combine yogurt, mustard and hot-pepper sauce in serving bowl, mix well. Add cucumber, toss to coat. Cover. Chill until ready to serve.
