    4 large egg whites, room temperature
    1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch
    1/4 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Combine egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla and cornstarch. Beat until peaks form. Add sugar little at a time and beat until stiff peaks form. Place on filling sealing well at crust. Bake at 350 deg for about 10 minutes.
