    Garlic bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 container nuttlex or any vegan spread (I used olive oil flavour)
    • Olive oil or basil oil to taste
    • 5 cloves garlic (can use less)
    • a few sprigs parsley
    • 2 spring onions
    • salt and pepper if you wish
    • 1 gluten free vegan baguette
    • alfoil


    Instructions


    1. Mix herbs (garlic, parsley, spring onion) into butter

    2. Add basil or olive oil if needed to make it more runny and go further.

    3. Season well

    4. Cut bread into slices, but don't cut all the way through

    5. Add some of the flavoured butter between each of the slices. Wrap in alfoil and place in preheated oven about 10 minutes or until warm and melty.



    Final Comments


    Good with soup or with winter antipasto. For once no one will complain that it is gluten free.
