1 box yellow cake mix
1 bag butterscotch morsels
1 cup pecans
2 eggs
3 T. oil
1 can butterscotch pudding

In 9x13 pan, spray with Pam. Pour box of cake mix in pan. Add eggs, oil and pudding. Mix well with spoon. Spread out evenly in pan with spatula. Sprinkle butterscotch chips and nuts on top. Bake 350 for 35- 45 minutes. Let cool.
