1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups whole milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
5 oz. KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, grated and divided
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, finely chopped
1 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Wholes, chopped for garnish
2 bags (13 oz. each) tortilla chips, for serving
Recipe
Brown ground beef over medium heat. Do not drain grease. Sprinkle flour over beef. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in milk and increase heat to med-high. Stir frequently until bubbly and thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese, mustard and hot sauce. Add grated cheddar and stir until cheese is melted and well combined. Stir in bacon.
Top with chopped pickles. Serve with tortilla chips.
