List of Ingredients




2 green peppers, diced
2 med onions, diced
2 large Egg; lightly beaten
2 lb chuck, ground
1 lb bulk sausage meat
1⁄2 t Salt
1⁄2 t Black pepper
1⁄2 t garlic Powder
1⁄4 t Onion powder
1 c rolled oats
1 1⁄2 c ketchup

Recipe



1. Preheat the oven to 375. Combine all the ingredients except 1/2 cup of the ketchup in a large mixing bowl.

2. Mix well and shape into a nice, even loaf.

3. Place the loaf in a shallow baking dish and top with the remaining ketchup.

4. Bake for 90 minutes or until well-done.
