    1 c. Chocolate chips
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1 can carnation milk

    Recipe



    Melt margarine and chocolate chips. Add powdered sugar and milk. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add vanilla.
