    Bacon Potato Soup

    1/2 lb. (8 slices) bacon
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Cut and brown bacon, add onion - drain. Add water, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender, 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in soup, cream and milk. Cook until heated through, 3-5 minutes. Do not boil. Season to taste.
