List of Ingredients



• 1 large orange
  
• 1cup raisins
  
• 1/3 cup walnuts
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup shortening, softened
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Rinse raisins in hot water and grind with orange and walnuts. Food processor will work.
   
   
2. Sift dry ingredients.
   
   
3. Add shortening and 3/4 cup milk and beat 2 minutes.
   Add eggs and remainder of milk, beat and add orange mixture.
   
   
4. Bake in 8"x12" pan at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
