    Parmesan Chicken

    Adapted from an old Weight Watchers recipe

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    • 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
    • 2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    • 2 tsp. flour
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • Dash each garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
    • 6 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    • 4 tsp. cooking oil


    Instructions


    1. In small bowl, combine milk and cheese.

    2. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness; sprinkle with flour and seasonings, then dip into buttermilk mixture, coating both sides and using entire mixture.

    3. On sheet of waxed paper or on a plate, dip chicken into bread crumbs, turning to coat both sides.

    4. In non-stick skillet, heat oil. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned.

    5. Makes 2 servings.
