    List of Ingredients


    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • 1/4 cup diced pecans
    • 1 Tablespoon sugar
    • 1 - 8 ounce brie
    • 1/3 cup raspberry perserves


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in 10 inch nonstick skillet. Stir in Pecans and sugar.
    2. When carmelized, spread on foil and cool for 10 minutes.
    3. Slice top off Brie,
    4. Place Brie on serving plate and Microwave for 30-40 seconds, till melting.
    5. Top warm brie with preserves. Then sprinkle with nuts.
    6. Serve with crackers or rounds of italian bread.
