    Mary Ellen's Original Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs small red potatoes
    • hard boiled eggs
    • green onions
    • mayonaise
    • sour cream
    • 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix


    Instructions


    1. Boil potatoes. Cool and peel.
    2. Cube potatoes and add finely chopped eggs and onions.
    3. Sprinkle with envelope of dressing mix.
    4. Mix sour cream and mayo.
    5. Blend into potatoes and eggs.
