There's something irresistibly comforting about the taste of an old-fashioned cake that's chock-full of melt-in-your-mouth streusel in every bite. Our Amish Streusel Cake recipe starts with the shortcut of a cake mix. Serves: 12

* 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
* 1 cup light brown sugar
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
* 1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix,
prepared according to package directionsRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, and butter; mix well and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, prepare cake mix. Pour half the batter into baking dish and sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and crumb mixture.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool, cut into squares, and serve.
